The Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF)

This is the third year that representatives of the world’s leading law firms’ will gather in Minsk at the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF-2018). This autumn Minsk will host the annual Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) for the third time. Lawyers from all over the world will unite for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts at this year’s event, which this year is organized under the slogan «Know your expert!».

Date: 21-22 September 2018

Venue: Minsk Marriott Hotel(20 Pobediteley Avenue, Minsk)

This year the Forum will focus on experts and expertise. The issues that will be discussed at the Forum include:

• choice of experts and novel services they may provide

• use of experts by the parties in the most efficient manner

• experts from the Tribunal’s perspective

This year the EEDRF-2018 will take place over three days:

September 20 – “Prague Rules Event”, Partner master class followed by a special social program «Discovering Minsk: Every Street Has a Story to Tell».

September 21- The  Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum will take place, where more than 20 speakers – all of which are highly qualified specialists in different jurisdictions from Austria, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Finland, USA, England, France, Lithuania, and other countries - will participate and share their experience concerning the topics of the Forum.

September 22 – Unique traveling weekend from a partner of the Forum.

The Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) is organized and supported by leading law firms specializing in dispute resolution, as well as by the Russian Arbitration Association, the Ukrainian Arbitration Association  and the International Law and Arbitration Association (BILA).
